Childbirth Education Classes are an
important element of your care at the Lisa Ross Birth and
Women’s Center and are required for first-time moms. There are several
options available and most women begin their classes sometime
between the 28th – 33rd week of pregnancy so that the
lessons are "fresh" in your mind when the big day
arrives.
You will need to decide which class you
want to take by your 18-20th week prenatal visit and inform the
midwife of your class choice.
Please contact the instructors directly to
ask questions and to register for the class. Class fees are
prepaid and are usually not covered by insurance. Alternate
payment arrangements, if necessary, may be discussed with each
instructor.
